GETTING READY FOR YOUR GOLF BRAKE
The information below will assist you with the Terms and Conditions between the client and Giovanni’s Made-to-Measure Golf Breaks, hereinafter referred to as Giovanni’s Breaks.
GOLF
Giovanni’s Breaks is in no case to be considered responsible for the conditions of the golf course played each time, nor for restrictions or modifications of conditions decided by the golf club management. In case a day of golf is cancelled due to weather conditions or golf course closures beyond Giovanni’s Breaks’ control, Giovanni’s Breaks will consider, and possibly agree upon, a different activity with the group.
While Giovanni’s Breaks will arrange tee times in the best and most convenient way for the group, it is understood that such arrangements are dependent upon, and subject to, the golf club management approval.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Extra activities (for example, wine tastings, city tours, event attendance or museum visits) arranged by Giovanni’ Breaks and requiring reservations ahead of time will be subject to cancellations fees as required by the organizations offering such activities.
ACCOMMODATION
Upon confirmation of payment, among other things, Giovanni's Breaks will send you accommodation information for your travel, however should this set-up become unavailable for reasons beyond Giovanni's Break’s control, Giovanni's Breaks will arrange for you a different accommodation of the same standard. Giovanni's Breaks will contact and decide with you the best solution in case of any change. In no case will Giovanni's Breaks be considered responsible for lack of availability or conditions of the accommodations described at the time of confirmation of payment.
